Details of the transactions and events giving rise to substantial holding:
On 17 July 2018, Burger Fuel Worldwide Limited acquired 3,143,355 shares of its ordinary
shares from Franchise Brands LLC. This resulted in the percentage of the issued ordinary
shares of Burger Fuel Worldwide Limited that are held by E&P Foundation Trustee Limited
increasing from 4.9% to 5.1%. No relevant agreement document is attached because the
exemption in regulation 141 of the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014 applies. In
particular, the terms of the E&P Foundation Trust authorise E&P Foundation Trustee Limited
to exercise, or control the exercise of, a right to vote or dispose of the shares in Burger Fuel
Worldwide Limited that it holds as if E&P Foundation Trustee Limited were absolutely
entitled to those shares.
