NZX RULES AND POLICY

Information on consultations carried out by NZX during the period can be found here. NZX is now reviewing
submissions on the second stage of the Listing Rule review. The second stage of the review closed 6 June 2018
and NZX received 36 submissions. NZX received feedback and is also reviewing submissions on a targeted
consultation of its secondary market settings under the Participant Rules to promote increased liquidity and support
price transparency.
