Directorate Change

The Board of T&G Global Limited (T&G) is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Director, Mr Rob

Hewett.

“Mr Hewett brings a wealth of experience to the T&G Board, from a long career in agri-business governance.

We are delighted to have Rob join our Board”, says Chairman Prof Klaus Lutz.

A profile of Mr Hewett is attached at the end of this announcement.

The Board has determined that Mr Hewett is an independent director for the purposes of the NZSX listing

rules.

As foreshadowed at T&G’s recent AGM, Mr John Wilson, in his role as independent director, has chosen this

time to step down from the Board of T&G Global Ltd, effective 9 August 2018. He believes it is an appropriate

time for change at the Board level, particularly with the Board recently completing a very successful CEO

appointment.

“Now is right the time for a new director, and Rob’s appointment ensures quality succession,” says John. “I

wish T&G Global every success going forward - this is a truly remarkable New Zealand produce business

energised with great people taking our food and ideas to the world.”

Chairman Prof Klaus Lutz states, “On behalf of the Board and T&G, I would like to thank John Wilson for the

immense contribution he has made to T&G during this pivotal period in the Company’s history, since his

appointment in 2012. He has played a vital role in shaping the business to what it is today.”
