TruScreen Director Nominations Closing Date

TruScreen Limited (NZAX TRU) advises that the closing date for director nominations is 5pm on Monday,
3 September 2018.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting
which will be held on 27 September 2018. The nomination must be accompanied by the consent, in
writing, of the person nominated and should contain a brief curriculum vitae of the nominee.
