Kathmandu issued a further 669,669 shares under a long-term incentive plan. On 26
March 2018, Kathmandu issued 18,518,519 shares under a capital raising placement and
of those shares Briscoe Group acquired 2,570,925 shares. On 20 April 2018, Kathmandu

issued 4,629,511 shares under a share purchase plan and, of those shares, Briscoe Group
acquired 6,945 shares. On 10 August 2018, Kathmandu issued 466,249 shares under a
long-term incentive plan. The aggregate of these events has had the effect of reducing the
percentage of ordinary shares in Kathmandu in which Briscoe Group has a relevant interest
by 1% or more.
