Leadership Team Update

Kate Selway has resigned from her role of Acting Chief People & Culture Officer for Comvita Limited.

Kate joined Comvita in 2010 and has transitioned through the Human Resources and People & Culture functions and
was promoted to an acting Leadership role in July 2017. During her time with Comvita, Kate has transformed the HR
function to a service-orientated culture function, seeing Comvita implement best practice people and performance
processes.

Comvita will be conducting an external search for Kate’s replacement.
