NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that at the request of the company, it has placed a trading
halt on ikeGPS Group Limited (“IKE”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at pre
market open this morning.
IKE is undertaking a placement of ordinary shares to selected institutional investors. A trading
halt has been requested by the company to ensure an orderly market for IKE's ordinary shares
during the placement.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
• An announcement by IKE in relation to the completion of the placement; or
• The open of trading on Monday 27 August 2018.
