Closing Date for Nomination of Directors
Snakk Media Limited will be holding its 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
in Auckland on Tuesday 25 September 2018 at the Heritage Hotel, 35 Hobson street,
Auckland, further details will be advised in the forthcoming Notice of Meeting.
For the purposes of NXT Market Rule 8, Snakk advises that the closing date for
nominations of directors is 10 September 2018. All nominations must be received by
4.00 pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the
Annual Meeting and should be addressed to:
