The Board of Directors of Oceania Healthcare Limited wishes to announce that the following resolutions
were passed by the required majority of votes at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held today:
1. Alan Isaac was re-elected as a Director of the Company.
2. Kerry Prendergast was re-elected as a Director of the Company.
3. Sally Evans was elected as a Director of the Company.
4. Gregory Tomlinson was elected as a Director of the Company.
5. The Directors were authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor of the Company.
