Further to the announcement made by Turners Automotive Group Limited (“TRA”) today, 28 August
2018, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final quotation date for TRA convertible bonds
(“TRAHB”) will be Friday, 28 September 2018.
The final day of trading in TRAHB will be Tuesday, 18 September 2018 prior to the bonds being
suspended at close of business.
