Oregon Group Limited, Hendry Nominees Limited, Direct Management Investments Limited
and each of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited’s (NZKS) directors and senior
executives who held shares prior to the initial public offering of shares in NZKS (the Offer)
(together, the Escrowed Shareholders) are subject to restricted security agreements with
NZKS (attached to NZKS’ disclosure on 19 October 2016) in respect of all shares held by
them prior to the Offer which they continue to hold upon completion of the Offer (the
Escrowed Shares), as set out in more detail in NZKS’ disclosure on 19 October 2016.
On 30 August 2018, being the first business day after NZKS’ preliminary announcement
was released to the market in respect of its financial results for the year ended 30 June
2018, NZKS ceased to have a relevant interest in the Escrowed Shares.
