DIRECTOR NOMINATION CLOSING DATE

TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX: TLL) advises that its 2018 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be
held on Friday 26 October 2018 in New Plymouth, New Zealand.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, TIL Logistics advises that the closing date for director
nominations is Friday 14 September 2018. All nominations must be received by 4.00 pm on the
closing date.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
