Westpac Banking Corporation, as issuer of Self-funding Instalment Warrants (“SFIs”) over securities in
TCL, notifies a suspension of the following SFIs.

adjustment to the Completion Payment as a result of the TCL renounceable entitlement offer
announced on 31 August 2018.
