NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt
on Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (“STU”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at pre
market open this morning.
A trading halt has been requested to ensure an orderly market for STU's ordinary shares during
the shortfall book build for its rights issue.
The halt will remain in place until the earlier of:
• An announcement by STU in relation to the completion of the rights offer and shortfall book
build; or
• The open of trading on Thursday, 6 September 2018.
