Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
On 4th of September 2018 First NZ Capital Group Limited entered into a Block Trade
Agreement with Oceania Healthcare Holdings Limited (OHHL) under which First NZ Capital
Group Limited, Deutsche Craigs Limited and Craigs Investment Partners Limited and
Macquarie Securities (NZ) Limited were appointed to manage and underwrite the sale of
95,000,000 ordinary shares in Oceania held by OHHL (the Block Trade).

In entering into the Block Trade Agreement, First NZ Capital Group Limited acquired a
relevant interest, being the power to acquire and dispose of, or to control the acquisition or
disposition of 31,666,667 OCA shares, disclosing a total relevant interest in 43,751,626
(7.169%) OCA shares on the 5
th
of September, 2018.
Following completion of the Block Trade, First NZ Capital Group Limited holds 24,334,959
(3.987%) OCA shares (Harbour Asset Management Limited holds 23,868,942 OCA shares
and First NZ Capital Securities Limited holds 466,017 OCA shares).
