Resignation of Officer - Davida Dunphy leaves Precinct
Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited (Precinct) (NZX: PCT) announced today that
Davida Dunphy, General Counsel & Company Secretary, has resigned and will leave
Precinct Properties at the end of her notice period.
Davida, who joined Precinct in 2014, will join DLA Piper New Zealand as special counsel
pending completion of the NZLS requirements to practice on her own account, following
which she will be appointed a partner in the Auckland real estate practice group.
“The Company and Board are disappointed to see Davida go, we thank her for her
contribution to Precinct and wish her well with her future endeavours” says Scott Pritchard,
Precinct’s CEO.
“I have greatly enjoyed my time at Precinct, in what has been a transformational period for
the business, but the time is right to return to private practice and I am excited to be joining
DLA Piper” says Davida Dunphy.
