Nature of relevant interest(s): The remaining relevant interests in the ordinary shares of
Burger Fuel Worldwide Limited held by JCR Capital Limited and 730 Trustee Company Limited
are, and remain, as set out in detail in a substantial holder notice dated, and submitted by JCR
Capital Limited and 730 Trustee Company Limited on, 21 September 2011. The relevant
agreements that record and give rise to those relevant interests were disclosed with that
notice.
