Withdrawal of Nomination

TruScreen Limited (NZAX: TRU)
Cervical cancer technology company, TruScreen Limited (NZAX:TRU) announces that Ms Marie
Ficarra has, for personal reasons, withdrawn her nomination for election as a director of the
company at the Annual Meeting on 27 September 2018.
As a result, Resolution 5 in the Notice of Meeting has been withdrawn and Marie will cease to be a
director at the close of the Annual Meeting.
The Board would like to acknowledge and thank Marie for her contribution to the Company during
her time as a Director.
