Movio signs agreement with Walt Disney Pictures for Movio Media

Movio Inc., a Vista Group International company (NZX & ASX: VGL), has entered into a multi-year
Agreement with Walt Disney Pictures to license Movio Media’s research and analytics products and
services. The terms of the Agreement are confidential.

Walt Disney Pictures is a subsidiary of Walt Disney Studios, owned by the Walt Disney Company.
