50% sale of ANZ Centre unconditional
Following the announcement made on 28 June 2018, Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited
(Precinct) (NZX: PCT) is pleased to announce that the conditions of sale of a 50% interest in
ANZ Centre, to a fund controlled by Invesco, have now been satisfied and accordingly the
agreement is now unconditional.
The purchase price is $181million with settlement scheduled for mid-November 2018.
