The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 350.0p
per share on 9 October 2018, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The
net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 8 October
2018 was 344.5p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 11 October 2018. As at 11 October
2018 the issued share capital will be 122,953,564 and the number of voting
rights will be 122,953,564.
