Issue of Equity The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 338.5p
per share on 17 October 2018, each fully paid under its block listing facility.
The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 12

These shares will be issued for cash on 17 October 2018. As at 17 October
