Re: Westpac Self-funding Instalment Warrants over securities in WorleyParsons Limited (WOR)

Westpac Banking Corporation is the issuer of the following Self-funding Instalment Warrants (“SFIs”)
over securities in WOR.

WORSWR

On 22 October 2018, WOR announced a 1 for 1.47 underwritten accelerated non-renounceable
entitlement offer (“Entitlement Offer”).

Westpac requests a suspension from trading for the above SFIs until the opening of the market on
Thursday 25 October 2018. Prior to the re-commencement of trading, Westpac will advise the impact
of the Entitlement Offer on the SFIs.
