(h) Reason for issue: Issue of shares pursuant to the Auckland
International Airport Limited Executive Long Term Investment Plan.
(i) Specific Authority for issue: Trust Deed and board resolution.
(j) Terms or details of issue: Issue of ordinary shares to Pacific Custodians New
Zealand Limited (as trustee) on behalf of senior executives pursuant to the Auckland
International Airport Limited Executive Long Term Incentive Plan, under which the shares
are held on trust by Pacific Custodians New Zealand Limited (generally for a period of three
years) subject to certain performance targets being met, upon which the shares will vest.
The shares will rank equally with the existing fully paid ordinary shares.

class in existence after
the issue on 24 September 2018 was: 1,202,707,545.

class in existence today is: 1,207,546,966.
