Spark Finance establishes new committed revolving bank facility
Spark Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Spark New Zealand Limited that
carries out the borrowing activities for the Spark New Zealand group, announced today
that effective 31 October 2018 it has established a new NZ$100 million committed
revolving facility with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, to
mature on 30 November 2021 (“the Facility”).

The Facility will be drawn as needed for general corporate purposes and replaces an
existing $100 million committed revolving bank facility maturing on 31 October 2018.
