Precinct settlement of 50% sale of ANZ Centre
Following on from the announcement on 28 September 2018, Precinct Properties New Zealand
Limited is pleased to confirm that the sale of a 50% interest in ANZ Centre in Auckland, for $181
million, has now settled.
