CHAIRMANSHIP SUCCESSION PLANNING

Simon Fraser, who will have served nine years as Chairman by the time of the next annual
general meeting in May 2019, intends to retire from the Board during the course of 2019.
The Board has therefore commenced the search for a new chairman to replace Mr Fraser.
The search is being led by Senior Independent Director, Sir Roger Bone.
