DIRECTOR RESIGNATION – JAMES
CARMICHAEL
The Board of Vector Limited advises that it has received a notice of resignation from Director James
Carmichael to take effect after the next meeting of the Vector Board which is scheduled to take place
prior to Vector’s annual meeting on Monday, 12 November 2018.
The resignation follows the results of the Entrust elections and James Carmichael ceasing to be a
trustee of Entrust, Vector’s majority shareholder.
Vector’s Chairman, Michael Stiassny, expressed his thanks to James for his valuable service as a
Director over the past ten years.
