Energy Mad Limited (MAD) – Settlement date extension for Ecobulb transaction

Energy Mad Limited (the Company) announced on 9 May 2017 that it had entered into an agreement
with Ecobulb Limited (Ecobulb) relating to the sale and purchase of assets of the Company (the
Agreement). The Company announced on 25 July 2018 that the proposed settlement date of the
Agreement had been deferred to 31 October 2018 or earlier if agreed between the parties.
The Company and Ecobulb agreed on 31 October 2018 for the settlement date of the Agreement to be
deferred to 31 December 2018 or earlier if agreed between the Company and Ecobulb.
