Spark New Zealand Limited’s Annual Meeting - Results 2018
At Spark’s Annual Meeting in Auckland today, shareholders were asked to vote on four
resolutions, all of which were supported by the Board. All resolutions were decided by
poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders today were:
1. That the Directors of Spark are authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
2. That Ms Alison Barrass is re-elected as a Director of Spark.
3. That Mr Ido Leffler is re-elected as a Director of Spark.
4. That Ms Pip Greenwood is elected as a Director of Spark.
