GTNZ has entered into a conditional Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Shares dated 7
November 2018 whereby GTNZ has agreed to sell its entire shareholding in Southern
Charter Financial Group Limited, being 442,809,270 ordinary shares, to Chang Ku EE for
$2,950,000. (Sale and Purchase Agreement). The Sale and Purchase Agreement is
conditional on non-associated shareholder approval being obtained under the Takeovers
Code.
