Extension of Tilt Renewables Offer Period

Infratil advises that Infratil 2018 Limited and Mercury NZ Limited (together “TLT JV”) have varied their
takeover offer for Tilt Renewables Limited ("Tilt Renewables") to extend the closing date to Friday,
30 November 2018 at 11.59pm.

A copy of TLT JV’s variation notice is attached.
