Rights Issue Timetable

As announced previously, subject to both shareholder resolutions being passed at the
Special Meeting of shareholders on 4 December 2018, Promisia Integrative Limited
(NZX:PIL) (Company) intends to undertake a rights issue offer to all eligible shareholders of
the Company (Offer),
Eligible shareholders recorded on the register with a registered address in New Zealand as
at the record date will receive renounceable rights to three new shares in the Company for
every one existing share in the Company held. Rights will not be quoted on the NZX Main
Board and cannot be traded on the NZX Main Board.
The Offer price will be $0.001 per share, to raise up to approximately $1.6 million in
aggregate.

The expected Offer timetable is outlined below:
Special Meeting of Shareholders: 10am on 4 December 2018
Record Date: 5pm on 4 December 2018
Offer Document sent to Eligible Shareholders: 5 December 2018
Rights Issue Offer opens: 6 December 2018
Closing Date for Rights Issue Offer: 24 December 2018
Allotment of Shares: 28 December 2018
Note: The above timetable is indicative only. The Company reserves the right to amend the
dates and times without prior notice (subject to the Listing Rules and any applicable laws).
Any changes will be announced on the NZX Main Board.

Full details of the Offer will be sent to eligible shareholders.
