General Capital Limited (GEN:NZ) Capital Raising Update

General Capital advises that it now expects to complete its placement process on or prior to
5pm on 3 December 2018. This time coincides with the closing of the Share Purchase Plan
offer.

Previous announcement on 15 October 2018 anticipated a 15 November 2018 closing.

The directors have advised that following completion of these placements further shares may
be issued including to Directors or Associated Persons of the Company (on the same terms as
the Placements) to enable them to maintain their percentage shareholdings.
