Bowker Holdings 99 Limited undertook an in specie distribution to its shareholders of all of
the ordinary shares held by Bowker Holdings 99 Limited in TIL Logistics Group Limited. As
a result, Bowker Holdings 99 Limited no longer holds any ordinary shares in TIL Logistics
Group Limited.
