Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] has today sent a reminder to shareholders about the
closing date of the 1 for 1.5 pro rata Rights Offer to raise approximately $50
million. The Rights Offer closes at 5.00pm on Friday 7 December 2018.
If shareholders have any queries about the Entitlement and Acceptance Form
or how to complete the Form and participate in the Offer; or if shareholders
have not received details of their rights or a copy of the Offer Document or

Dear Seeka Shareholder
We would like to remind you about Seeka’s 1 for 1.5 pro rata rights offer to raise approximately $50 million, which closes at
5.00pm on 7 December 2018.

You should by now have received a copy of the Seeka Offer Document dated 12 November 2018, together with your
application form. Your rights entitle you to buy New Shares in Seeka at a discounted price of $4.25 per New Share.

If you wish to accept all or part of your rights and acquire New Shares under the Offer, you need to either:
 Submit an online application at www.seekashareoffer.com; or
 Complete your Entitlement and Acceptance Form and return it to the Registrar,

AND make payment by direct debit (recommended) or by cheque.

Your application, together with the total amount payable on application, must be received by Link Market Services Limited
not later than 5.00pm (NZ time) on 7 December 2018.
