RESULTS OF 2018 ANNUAL MEETING
Delegat Group Limited announces the results of the resolutions put to shareholders at the
Annual Meeting, held on the 4
th
of December 2018 in Auckland.
The resolutions, as detailed below, were passed unanimously by a show of hands:-
1. Re-election of Rose Delegat as a Director of the Company and
2. Re-election of Dr Alan Jackson as a Director of the Company.
Determination of Director Independence
In accordance with the NZX Listing Rules, the board has determined that Dr. Alan Jackson
and Shelley Cave are Independent Directors.
