Organisational Announcements

The a2 Milk Company wishes to advise of changes within the senior leadership team of the Company.

Simon Hennessy
Simon Hennessy, General Manager International Development has decided to take early retirement from his role
with the Company.

Simon has been with the business since 2007, performing a number of key roles including the development of
operations capability and new markets. More recently Simon took over the day-to-day management of the UK
business during the transition of that role to the current General Manager UK, Simon Vine.

The Company thanks Simon for his significant contribution over many years and wishes him all the best for the
future.

Michael Bracka
Michael Bracka, Head of Business Development – Emerging Markets, has decided to leave the Company in
December to pursue another opportunity.

Michael joined the business in May 2017 to lead the Company’s emerging markets business. More recently,
Michael has also provided strong support to Peter Nathan, CEO Asia Pacific, in a transitional role in Shanghai
leading the China team on the ground.

An announcement on the appointment of a new Executive Vice President - China to be based permanently in
Shanghai will follow.

The functions relating to the emerging markets role will report temporarily to the Company’s Chief Financial
Officer while a search is undertaken.

The Company thanks Michael for the significant contribution he has made to the Company since May 2017 and
wishes him every success in his next venture.
