Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:

On 13 December 2018, Emerald Capital Limited, a company in which the holder, Geoffrey A
Cumming is the registered and beneficial owner of all shares, distributed 624,900 Shares to the
holder by way of a liquidation distribution completed under a solvent liquidation process undertaken
by Emerald Capital Limited. The distribution was completed by way of an off-market share transfer
at $11.22 per Share.

The holder had previously disposed of the 624,900 Shares by way of an off-market share transfer
as a charitable donation to the University of Calgary, and Emerald Capital Limited then acquired
those Shares for cash by way of off-market share transfers with the University of Calgary. These
donations and purchases occurred on 23 December 2016 (324,900 shares at $ 8.29 per Share) and
10 August 2017 (300,000 Shares at $9.37 per Share).
