Manager of Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to advise the second quarter
distribution, for the year ending 31 March 2019, will be paid to Unitholders today.

GOODMAN PROPERTY TRUST (“GMT” and “Trust”)
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of GMT, is pleased to advise Unitholders that
the second quarter distribution, for the period ended 30 September 2018, has now
been paid. The distribution includes a cash component of 1.6625 cents per unit with
0.4174 cents per unit of imputation credits attached.

I’d also like to remind you that the 2019 Interim Report of Goodman Property Trust
