Effective 14 December 2018 the board of Solution Dynamics Limited (SDL) has issued 80,000 share
options each to two staff who are key senior members of the Company’s IT team.
The options have an exercise price of $1.70 per share and may be exercised by the participant (in
whole or part) after three years from the date granted. The relevant key employee must be
employed by SDL on the date the options are exercised.
