Precinct announces appointment of new General Counsel
Precinct Properties New Zealand (NZX: PCT) is pleased to announce Edward Timmins
as Precinct’s new General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Edward is currently the General Counsel for NZX-listed Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, a
role he has held since 2015. Edward has a strong background prior to joining Fisher &
Paykel with top New Zealand corporate law firm Russell McVeagh and law firm Allen
& Overy LLP in London and Hong Kong.
