Date for Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Director Nomination Period


SEEKA LIMITED (NZX:SEK) wishes to advise the following:

• the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company will be held on
Friday, 12 April 2019.

• the period for Director nominations will open on 11 January 2019 and
close at 4.00pm on 12 February 2019.

At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders:

• Messrs F Hutchings and A Diaz will retire as Directors by rotation and,
being eligible, have advised that they will be available for re-election.
