DETAILS OF ANNUAL RESULTS WEBCAST

Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that it will release its annual results to the New Zealand Stock
Exchange (NZX) on Monday, 18 February 2019.

The PFI management team will present the results via live webcast from 10.30 am NZT on that day.
