Resignation of Director

The Board of Scales Corporation Limited wishes to advise that Mr Weiyong Wang has resigned from
his position as a director.

Mr Wang’s resignation, effective from 28 January 2019, is due to his change of role within the China
Resources Enterprise, Limited group.

The Board wishes to acknowledge both Mr Wang’s contribution during his tenure, and the ongoing
support of China Resources.
