Foley Wines Limited - Appointment of Director

Foley Wines Limited [NZX: FWL] CEO Mark Turnbull today announced that the Directors have
resolved to appoint Grant Graham as a Director of FWL with effect from 1 February 2019. Grant
has been appointed as the Chair of the Board Audit and Risk Committee.

The Board has determined that Grant is an Independent Director in accordance with NZX Main
Board Listing Rule 3.3.2.

In accordance with the FWL constitution Grant will be required to retire at the next Annual
Shareholders’ Meeting to be held later this year and stand for election by shareholders at that
meeting.

Mr Turnbull said “We are delighted to have Grant joining the Board of FWL. Grant is a Partner at
advisory and investment firm KordaMentha with a strong background in corporate finance and
advisory in valuation, restructuring and as an expert witness. His skills and expertise will add
greatly to the existing Board as it works with Management to add shareholder value and will provide
the required experience and resources to support its growth strategy.”
