Full Year 2018 Results Release Date

AUCKLAND, 31 January 2019: NZME Limited (NZX:NZM, ASX:NZM) (“NZME”) advises that
it intends to release its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2018 shortly before
9.00am NZDT on Tuesday 19 February 2019.
NZME will host a conference call for analysts and media commencing at 10.00am on Tuesday
19 February 2019 to review the results. The conference call will be webcast simultaneously.
