FINAL DIVIDEND FOR 2018

Two quarterly dividends of 2.70 pence per share were paid in August 2018 and November
2018 and a third interim dividend payment of 2.80 pence per share was paid in February
2019. The final dividend is scheduled for payment in May 2019 subject to shareholder
approval.
The Directors of the Company have therefore resolved that a final dividend of 2.80 pence
per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ended 31 December 2018 on 8 May 2019
to shareholders registered at the close of business on 5 April 2019.
