Strong Support for Allied Farmers’ Share Purchase Plan
Allied Farmers Limited (NZX:ALF) is pleased to announce that its recent Share Purchase Plan has successfully
closed with applications exceeding the targeted maximum of $1.5 million.
Allied Farmers Chairman, Mark Benseman, said: “We would like to thank our shareholders for their
tremendous support of the offer. We are delighted with this outcome, which puts Allied Farmers in a strong
position to pursue growth opportunities”.
Because applications exceeded the $1.5 million maximum, these will be scaled back by approximately 9% and
applicants should expect application monies for shares not issued to be refunded within five business days of
the allotment of shares. The allotment of shares will occur on 26 March 2019 and allotment notices will be
distributed at that time.
