Adoption of Revised NZX Listing Rules
Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) advises that it intends to comply with the
NZX Listing Rules (dated 1 January 2019) from 1 April 2019. The new rules will apply
to Gentrack’s reporting of FY19 interim results and as a result, Gentrack will no longer
produce a half year interim report in the form it has previously, but will publish the
following:
• Market Release
• Chairperson and CEO Commentary
• Financial Statements
• Investor Presentation.
